The work consists of providing a new building located at 860 Horn Rapids Road in Richland, Washington. The 3860 OFFICE building is 26,190 square feet total; 13,227 square feet on the first floor, and 12,963 square feet on the second floor. Air handlers are roof mounted.

Battelle Memorial Institute (Battelle), is connected with Battelle’s operation and maintenance of the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Pacific Northwest Laboratory (PNNL) in Richland, Washington. 3860 OFFICE will be located on the DOE Office of Science’s (DOE-SC) PNNL campus in Richland, Washington. The PNNL campus is managed by the DOE-SC Pacific Northwest Site Office (PNSO).
